Using this site, submitting a form, or requesting an appointment does not make you a patient and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Care begins only after the practice accepts you as a patient and you are examined.

This site is not monitored for urgent messages. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
4. Booking.
Online booking is provided through Jane, a third-party scheduling platform, on its own website. Requesting an appointment is a request, not a confirmed treatment commitment by either side. Our office policies on scheduling, cancellation, and payment are provided at the practice and in your intake documents; they are not altered by this website.
5. Your use of the site.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.
6. Intellectual property.
The content of this site, including text, images, and the HealthSpine name and logo, belongs to the practice or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, noncommercial use. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.
7. Third-party links.
The site links to third-party websites, such as our booking platform, maps, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. No warranties.
The site is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at all times.
