Where Does It Hurt? Start Here
You do not need to know the name of your condition. Start from where it hurts.
Most people type the symptom rather than the diagnosis, which is normal. The cards below use the words people search with, and each line points to the page that covers it. They are search terms, not a diagnosis: what you actually have is what an examination is for, and some problems on this list are ones we refer out.
No match for that word yet. That does not mean we cannot help with it. The examination is built to find the source of a problem whether or not it already has a name, and Dr. Koser will tell you the same day if it belongs with another physician.

After a car accident
- Sore or stiff after a crash, even if it started days later
- Headaches or neck and back pain that began after a collision
- Whiplash after a rear-end collision
- What Florida PIP covers, and the 14-day rule
Florida's PIP law requires that initial care begin within 14 days of the crash for no-fault medical benefits to apply. If your crash was recent, timing matters.
When the list does not name your problem
Pain does not always sort itself into neat categories. Some problems sit in two regions at once. Some move. If nothing above sounds like yours, start with the examination anyway. Sorting unclear pain is what it is for.

Pain has a source. This visit looks for where it is coming from.
- A complete examination with Dr. Koser, which may include a live ultrasound look at the muscles and soft tissue where it hurts.
- Treatment the same visit unless the examination finds a reason it should not: a chiropractic adjustment, dry needling, cupping, laser, or electrical stimulation with infrared, chosen from what the examination finds and what is safe for you.
- Your findings explained the same day.
You’ll leave knowing what we found and what it means. First visit with us, one per patient.
