Services
Chiropractic care is the core of the practice. The examination comes first. Treatment is matched to what it finds, which can include adjustment of joints that are not moving well and hands-on work of the involved muscles.
Dry needling is available when the examination points to trigger points or myofascial pain (pain from tight bands in muscle). A thin filament needle is placed into the involved muscle.
Acupuncture is offered here as a separate service, with its own examination and its own pricing. It is provided by Dr. Bobby Koser, DC, chiropractic physician, certified in acupuncture by the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine. Dry needling and acupuncture are different treatments. The exam decides which fits your case.

- A complete examination with Dr. Koser, which may include a live ultrasound look at the muscles and soft tissue where it hurts.
- Treatment the same visit unless the examination finds a reason it should not: a chiropractic adjustment, dry needling, cupping, laser, or electrical stimulation with infrared, chosen from what the examination finds and what is safe for you.
- Your findings explained the same day.

Look for the pylon sign
The address is 10330 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Suite 205, Tampa, FL 33618. The building sits on North Dale Mabry Highway just north of the West Linebaugh Avenue intersection, in the stretch of highway that serves as Carrollwood's main commercial corridor. Look for our pylon sign facing Dale Mabry. It reads Concierge Injury & Wellness Care. The suite number is 205.
Some checkpoints if you know the area. AdventHealth Carrollwood, the hospital at 7171 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, is south of us on the same highway. The Ehrlich Road intersection, where Ehrlich continues east of the highway as Bearss Avenue, is north of us. Carrollwood Village lies west of the highway, on the residential streets that run toward Gunn Highway. The Lake Magdalene area sits on the east side; Dale Mabry forms its western edge. If you can place any of those, you can place us.

What does a first visit cost?
The New Patient exam is $195, an introductory price, one per patient, self-pay only. The regular price is $330. It includes a history and physical examination, and Dr. Koser goes over the findings with you before any care is recommended. Our other prices are time-of-service rates, available when you pay in full at the visit. Care billed to a third-party payor, including auto insurance under Florida PIP, health insurance, Medicare, or workers’ compensation, is billed on our standard fee schedule without either discount. Every other bookable price is published on our pricing page, so you can read prices before you book.
Is there a chiropractor in Carrollwood that takes car accident cases?
Yes. HealthSpine treats car accident injuries at this Carrollwood office. Florida's no-fault law, called PIP (personal injury protection), requires an initial medical visit within 14 days of the accident to keep those benefits. If you were in a crash, book the Auto Accident Injury Visit rather than the standard New Patient exam. Accident care is billed to your auto insurance under Florida PIP, and that first exam covers your PIP paperwork.
