Services
Chiropractic care is the core of the practice. The examination comes first. Treatment is matched to what it finds, which can include adjustment of joints that are not moving well and hands-on work of the involved muscles.
Dry needling is available when the examination points to trigger points or myofascial pain (pain from tight bands in muscle). A thin filament needle is placed into the involved muscle.
Acupuncture is offered here as a separate service, with its own examination and its own pricing. It is provided by Dr. Bobby Koser, DC, chiropractic physician, certified in acupuncture by the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine. Dry needling and acupuncture are different treatments. The exam decides which fits your case.

- A complete examination with Dr. Koser, which may include a live ultrasound look at the muscles and soft tissue where it hurts.
- Treatment the same visit unless the examination finds a reason it should not: a chiropractic adjustment, dry needling, cupping, laser, or electrical stimulation with infrared, chosen from what the examination finds and what is safe for you.
- Your findings explained the same day.

Look for the pylon sign
Northdale sits north of Carrollwood, and North Dale Mabry Highway runs along its eastern edge, so the drive to our office is one road for most of the way. From the Dale Mabry and Ehrlich Road intersection, the corner where the Carrollwood Commons shopping center sits, head south on North Dale Mabry Highway about 2.8 miles to 10330 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Suite 205. Our pylon sign faces Dale Mabry and reads Concierge Injury & Wellness Care.
Watch for West Linebaugh Avenue on that last stretch. Our building sits about a third of a mile north of the Linebaugh intersection, so coming south from Northdale you reach us before Linebaugh, and crossing Linebaugh Avenue means you have passed the driveway. Lake Magdalene is off to your left through that stretch, on the east side of the highway.
Coming down the Veterans Expressway (State Road 589), Exit 12 is the Hutchison Road exit at Northdale and Exit 10 is Ehrlich Road. Exit 10 is the one to use for our office. Ehrlich Road runs about 3.5 miles east from the expressway to North Dale Mabry Highway, and the office is 2.8 miles south of that intersection, so budget about 14 to 18 minutes from the exit ramp outside rush hour.
Drive time changes with where in Northdale you start. From Dale Mabry and Ehrlich Road at the south edge, the trip runs about 6 to 9 minutes outside rush hour. From Northdale Boulevard, where the Northdale Golf & Tennis Club sits at 4417 Northdale Blvd, it is about 3.5 miles and 8 to 12 minutes. From Dale Mabry and Van Dyke Road at the north end, it is about 5.9 miles and 11 to 15 minutes. Northdale Promenade, the shopping center at 15788 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, is on the highway near the top of that drive if you want to confirm you are pointed the right way.
