  • Low back pain and sciatica, which often show up together.
  • Neck pain, including the stiff neck that follows long days at a screen.
  • Headaches with a neck or muscle component.
  • Joint pain in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, or knee.
  • Hurt in a car accident? Our car accident care page explains the first visit and Florida's 14-day PIP window.

Services

Chiropractic care is the core of the practice. The examination comes first. Treatment is matched to what it finds, which can include adjustment of joints that are not moving well and hands-on work of the involved muscles.

Dry needling is available when the examination points to trigger points or myofascial pain (pain from tight bands in muscle). A thin filament needle is placed into the involved muscle.

Acupuncture is offered here as a separate service, with its own examination and its own pricing. It is provided by Dr. Bobby Koser, DC, chiropractic physician, certified in acupuncture by the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine. Dry needling and acupuncture are different treatments. The exam decides which fits your case.

From the office at 10330 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz is straight north on the same road. Going that way you pass the Bearss Avenue and Ehrlich Road intersection, then Northdale Boulevard, then Gaither High School at 16200 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, and then the Van Dyke Road light. Lake Park sits at that corner, at 17302 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, and its address already reads Lutz. Bearss Avenue to Van Dyke Road is about three miles of that run.

A third of a mile north of Van Dyke Road, Dale Mabry Highway meets State Road 568, the Veterans Expressway spur, at a wye interchange. That spur runs about three miles west and ends where the Veterans Expressway becomes the Suncoast Parkway, which is the way most of west Lutz reaches Dale Mabry. North of that interchange the posted limit goes up from 45 to 55 mph.

From Van Dyke Road north it is 4.6 miles to U.S. 41, past Sunlake Boulevard, Lutz Lake Fern Road, and County Line Road, and Dale Mabry Highway ends by merging onto U.S. 41 in Land O’ Lakes, just over the Pasco County line. Turn east at Lutz Lake Fern Road instead and you reach old downtown Lutz, where a replica of the original rail depot was rebuilt in 2000 at the U.S. 41 corner. The old post office building beside it is an art gallery now, the public library sits behind the depot, and Old Lutz Elementary School, built in 1927 in Colonial Revival style by architect Frank A. Winn, Jr., still stands at 18819 U.S. 41 North. It has been on the National Register of Historic Places since August 1996.

Coming the other direction, from the Van Dyke Road light down to Suite 205 is one road the whole way, and the only turn is into the parking lot. Outside rush hour plan on roughly 12 to 18 minutes. From the U.S. 41 and Lutz Lake Fern Road corner in old downtown Lutz, plan on roughly 20 to 30 minutes outside rush hour. From the Pasco County side, off State Road 54 at Sunlake Boulevard, the Suncoast Parkway runs south to State Road 568, which comes east to Dale Mabry Highway, and the office is south from there.
