No. Having a lawyer is not a requirement to be seen at HealthSpine Chiropractic. If you have an attorney, tell us and we send your documentation to their office on their timeline. What happens at a first visit at HealthSpine Chiropractic?
It depends which visit you book. The Pain Source Exam is a full examination with Dr. Koser at our Carrollwood office, and you get the findings the same day rather than at a second appointment. If you were in a crash, book the Auto Accident Injury Visit instead. That one has its own examination and its own paperwork, and it is billed to your auto insurance under Florida PIP.
