What we treat
Most of what comes through the door is on this short list. Each item links to a fuller page.
- Low back pain and sciatica, which often show up together.
- Neck pain, including the stiff neck that follows long days at a screen.
- Headaches with a neck or muscle component.
- Joint pain in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, or knee.
- Hurt in a car accident? Our car accident care page explains the first visit and Florida's 14-day PIP window.
Services
Chiropractic care is the core of the practice. The examination comes first. Treatment is matched to what it finds, which can include adjustment of joints that are not moving well and hands-on work of the involved muscles.
Dry needling is available when the examination points to trigger points or myofascial pain (pain from tight bands in muscle). A thin filament needle is placed into the involved muscle.
Acupuncture is offered here as a separate service, with its own examination and its own pricing. It is provided by Dr. Bobby Koser, DC, chiropractic physician, certified in acupuncture by the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine. Dry needling and acupuncture are different treatments. The exam decides which fits your case.

Pain has a source. This visit looks for where it is coming from.
- A complete examination with Dr. Koser, which may include a live ultrasound look at the muscles and soft tissue where it hurts.
- Treatment the same visit unless the examination finds a reason it should not: a chiropractic adjustment, dry needling, cupping, laser, or electrical stimulation with infrared, chosen from what the examination finds and what is safe for you.
- Your findings explained the same day.
You’ll leave knowing what we found and what it means. First visit with us, one per patient.

Look for the pylon sign
Seminole Heights sits southeast of our Carrollwood office, and the run over is two roads: Florida Avenue, then Waters Avenue. Start at the corner of Hillsborough Avenue and North Florida Avenue, where Old Seminole Heights meets South Seminole Heights. Follow Florida Avenue, signed US 41 Business, north about 2 miles to West Waters Avenue. Turn west onto Waters Avenue and stay on it 2.8 miles to North Dale Mabry Highway. Turn north on Dale Mabry and go about 1.3 miles. You pass the West Linebaugh Avenue light, and the building is a quarter mile past it at 10330 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, behind the pylon sign that reads Concierge Injury & Wellness Care. Outside rush hour that 6-mile drive runs about 14 to 18 minutes.
From Southeast Seminole Heights, the side of the district between Interstate 275 and 15th Street, the highway can take the first leg. Get on I-275 north at Hillsborough Avenue, Exit 47, and stay on it to Exit 49, signed Bird Street and Waters Avenue. Come off there and pick up Waters Avenue heading west, then finish the same way, about 3 miles to North Dale Mabry Highway and about 1.3 miles north. That version is roughly 7 miles and about 16 to 20 minutes outside rush hour. Bearss Avenue, Exit 53, also reaches Dale Mabry Highway, but it lands 2.8 miles north of our door at the corner where Bearss continues west as Ehrlich Road, and it adds about 6 miles to the trip.
If you steer by landmarks instead of turns, here is the shape of the district. Old Seminole Heights runs north from Hillsborough Avenue to the Hillsborough River and Sulphur Springs, with a strip that reaches south of Hillsborough Avenue between Florida Avenue and Interstate 275. Hillsborough High School, at 5000 N. Central Ave, stands in that southern strip, and the Seminole Heights Garden Center, a City of Tampa park at 5800 N. Central Ave, is north of Hillsborough Avenue on the same street. South Seminole Heights lies west of Florida Avenue, between the avenue and the river, where Rivercrest Park keeps a hand launch for canoes and kayaks at 4802 N. River Blvd.
The office is on the second floor, Suite 205. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday by appointment only. If the turns are hard to picture, call 844-51-SPINE (844-517-7463) and we will walk you through them.
